Nice hazy gold/yellow colour. Nice long bitter finish. A great beer on a Sunday afternoon. M0RHI (997), Luxembourg, Luxembourg Nov 23, 2007 Cask, Aikmans Cellar Bar, St Andrews. Clear yellowy gold with a thin white head. Lots of biscuit and seaweed in the nose, with some maltiness, but some weird grain that distracts. Mouth is salty seaweed with some refreshing hop and lagery malt taste with some added biscuit. Quite lively and refreshing towards the end. Rastacouere (5258), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 27, 2007 Clear golden ale with a sparkler’s 2cm white foam. Hoppy, mineral, salty, herbal and flowery nose where grainy malts stay shadowed. Lean bodied, foamy texture. Mild refreshing acidity. Very, very simple, but rather effective golden ale.
