COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Available in cask (described as "Cask Pilsner"), and in bottle ("Highland Pilsner"), this beer is a delicious straw-coloured session beer, dominated by crisp, fresh, citrus hop character from classic German "noble hops".
Brewed with a balance of best British Ale Malt and Lager Malt, this beer exhibits a pale straw colour. The aroma combines a zesty attack and an apricot fruitiness with the subtle floral hop notes of the Styrian Golding, Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.
Moderate levels of residual sweetness are balanced by a crisp, well-rounded bitterness to give a clean, refreshing mouthfeel in the best traditions of pilsners – pint after pint!

TET (1618) - FINLAND - FEB 4, 2011
Golden yellow beer with medium and white head. Aroma is quite citrusfruity, also some tropical fruits, sweetness and some honey. Taste is biscuity, dry wooden hops, medium bitterness and hint of mustyness. Quite light to drink, but still nice. Medium quality beer without speciality, now this beer will be forgotten too quickly.

Bottled (BZ, BB 02/2011)
Slighly hazy yellow color, steady good white head, some lace. Odd aroma has rubber, hops and citrus. Light palate. Flavor has citrus, yeast, pale malts, light apricot fruityness. Light lingering bitterness in the finish. This could be a decent beer, but way too watery and light.

clear, slightly hazy yellow, smooth offwhite head. beautifully hopped, citrussy, flowery, a little pine and grapefruit. flavor is flowery, pretty bitter, bitterhoppy, aromatic, a little malty base. one of the very best beers i have tasted with a below 4% alc level, and a real gem of a british beer. superb session beer i’m sure. this half-litre sample will go down real quick for sure.
