Oct 15, 2007 Cask conditioned at Oxford Beer Festival 11-10-07 Poured light amber with the merest hint of haze, the aroma was a little earthy and hoppy. There was a good solid hoppy bitterness, quite juicy but then finishing really dry a very nice beer that just flagged a little towards the end.

Oct 13, 2007 Cask conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 13/10/07. Gold with moderate white head. Aroma of crisp malt with a touch of floral hops. Easy drinking with a biscuity malt flavour and a slightly dry finish. Ok.

Oct 13, 2007 Cask conditioned at Oxford Beer Fest ’07. Gold with slight white head. Rather a thiinish beer for a premium bitter, dry with a crisp, almost lagery type malt. A little grainy corn flavour in the body, but overall a reasonable bitter without reaching the heights.
