Golden with a white head. Aroma is roasted malt with marmalade sweetness. Taste is gently sweet with a slight citric flavour and a light hoppiness. Pretty good bottled beer.

Bottled from Tesco. They have a good range of new scottish ales worth checking out. Quite deep golden colour. Loads of toffe in the nose, toffee and ripe fruit flavor with some hoppiness to finish. A nice beer with enough to set it apart from others in a similar style. Clean and fresh tasting.

Bottle, picked up SH Jones, Bicester. Golden in colour quite clear with a busy white frothy head. Aroma was a touch yeasty, wheaty and flavour disappointed a tad as promise of aroma never quite carried on through, still there was a reasonable level of bitterness and whilst not great it wasn’t a bad effort.

An orange beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very flowery, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of elderberryflowers.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a rough, off-white head. Lightly citrusy nose. Medium-bodied with citrusy flavours and a dry, hoppy finish. Very fresh indeed. Yet another fresh and pleasant beer from Atlas - nowhere near a Kölsch though. 200606

Deep golden colour with a white head. Malty, fruity sweet aroma with a light hoppy note. Sweet malty flavor with a vague cereal note and some fruit. Dry and light bitter finish.

From bottle. Name on the bottle was Nimbus Blonde from the Atlas brewery. Very light golden colour with a decent head. Strong fresh fruity aroma. Very well balanced flavour, good bitterness with a hint of lemon. Smooth also and sweet. Slight metallic after taste but nothing awful at all. I enjoyed this beer and found it very refreshing.
