Nose is cookie dough,eggy and yeasty, hint of apples too, amber, pours a good sized white head. Flavour is fruit, malt, biscuity, bread. Light bodied, creamy and refreshing. Good. thanks for sharing R via midlife crisis.

Aug 8, 2008 50cl bottle from Dobbies Garden Centre. Gold with a thick off-white head; rich, fruity, malty aroma with apricot and bitter cherry; buttery, sweet flavour, thick and chewy with some fruit and some almond bitterness; alcohol is more obvious in the finish than I’d expect at 5% ABV, detracting from the nutty dryness. An interesting beer.

Jul 5, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Plenty of malts with a hoppy aroma. The taste is complex with malt and some bitterness. A well made beer. high bitterness, light resins, caramel.
