Another disappoainting beer from wtat must be Norway’s most boring microbrewery. Hops are almost absent. This is more a helles than a pils. A touch of malty aroma and the taste is a bit on the sweet side, but all through the glass I think of industrial light lagers....

Hazy orange of color with a foamy white head. An aroma of citrus, weak metallic, DMS, straw, flour and weak malty. A flavor of malt, straw, bisquit and hops.

Bottle (cellphone rating). Hazy orange with an off white head. Slight sour citrus in aroma, straw, grain, malt and a little peach. Sweet flavour with malt, fruit and a quite nice bitterness and a slight dry finish. A very decent eco-beer.

Bottled at RBESG 2008. An unclear golden beer with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, and straw, leading to a dry and bitter finish. OK.

31.12.08: A bit dissapointing, but had been drinking a few beer before this one... And further, it was past best before date...

bottle, lost notes about where i got it from. i think faroeviking or yngwie. thanks a lot!. pours an unclear yellow with a very small white head. aroma of fruit cocktail and hops. not bad aroma, but a bit strange. flavor is very hoppy, much more IPA like than pilsener like. flavor is pine, grass, hops, bitterness is english, gentle but strong. This is one of the best ecological brews i’ve had. and it’s even overdue, tasted 1 month past best before date.

Bottled BB 12/2008. Hazy orange color, no head. Grainy, grassy hoppy aroma. Yeasty, grainy and malty flavor. Nice bitter-sweet hoppyness in the finish. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottled, thanks yngwie! Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is paper, earth, barnyard and some grass. Flavour is grass, grains and quite much peppery meat. Better than I expected though.

Bottle 33cl. @ TFODRBSG 2008, Ulfborg, Denmark
Light unclear light yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, grain, cardboard, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (230808)

TFODRBSG08 Courtesy of Yngwie. Hazy golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of sweet grain and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and grainy, malty notes and no bitterness to speak of. It’s thin and boring.

28.09.2008, 0,33l Bottle. Batch nr. 56, BB 13.06.2008. Hazy paleyellow colour. The beer is a little to lively carbonated. Aroma is weak malty with bitterness. The beer doesn’t smell enything and there is no aftertaste. Dissappointing.
