COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Atna betyr å "eggja, bryta, driva fram". Her holder bryggeriet til. Velbekomme.

Courtesy of Rune. Bottle. High creamy and good looking lasting off-white head. Hazy dark red brown body. Sweet roasted malt caramel honey cocoa fruity aroma. A bit thinbodied and watery roasted malt cocoa caramel flavor with more bitterness than expected. High carbonation. Short aftertaste. Alcohol level just right.

Bottle at home. Pours a deep reddish brown colour with a medium light beige head. In the aroma I find smoke, wild berries, leather, nuts, wood, and nutmeg. More wood and leather in the flavour along with bitter berries and oak. Feels a bit sour. Slightly thin mouth feel but is also slick. One of a kind beer with a touch norwegian forest.

Maria (8571) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 15, 2012
It’s mahogany red with a huge, creamy, golden head. The aroma has notes of yeast, roasted malt, caramel and a little fruit. The flavor is roasted bitter-sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, yeast and a little fruit/berries, and the finish is bitter berry like. Not overwhelmingly big bodied....

Bottle, 6.3%. The flavour is mildly roasted with a little yeast. Tastes like a roughly roasted German Dunkelweizen. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small white head. The bitterness is quite rough and actually also unpleasant.

Bottle. A finger-thick, light beige head leaves lacings as the unclear brown beer goes down my throat. Roasted notes, dried fruits, yeast and some banana-like fruityness. Roasted malts, some caramel and a good fruityness in the flavor. Some yeast and bitterness too. Medium body, a bit heavily carbonated. Some fruityness and a nice bitterness in the end. A quite nice one, but a bit yeasty for my likings. 120204
