2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. (thanks SirLimpsalot)
Hazy brownish with a tan large head. Aroma and taste of malt, nuts, belgian yeast, caramel and some roasted malt. Medium body and carbonation. Also a light sourness in the taste. Drinkable but not that exciting.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Ingen stor doft, men en aning belgojäst.
Fyllig "belgisk" smak, en del kola, små lakritstoner och lite sälta.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle from Vinmonopolet. A mostly diminishing two-finger beige head. Body is hazed, rusty red. Initial aroma of bubble-gummy, light perfumey Belgo-yeast. Then a whiff of cardboardy hops and harsh-ish toasted malts. Medium malt body, sharp and fairly sweet with caramel notes. Edgy bitterness. Light astringent mouthfee. Unfresh bitter-sweet ending.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes, Tromsø. Firm persistent, off-white head. Near-clear, nut brown body. On the nose there are mostly tart fruits added by malty sweetness. Dark malts and yeasty fruitiness in flavour. First there is some acidity hints followed by candy sweetness. Soft carbonated. “med spor av villmark", well, maybe. Possible to drink, but one bottle was enough (at home, Tromsø 30.11.2011).

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy brown, lots of yeasty residue. Some fruityness.
Echoes of a brown from the low countries, but there is nothing to get excited about here. This brewery needs to look for its own identity.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330 ml bottle. Dark brown. Small off-white head. Hazy dark brown colour. Earthy rich sweet dark caramel aroma. Initially quite bitter, but crisp and refreshing. Earthy chocolate flavours. Fairly high carbonation level. Distinct flavours leaning towards the sharp and the bitter. Quite a bit of chocolate and coffee.
