UPDATED: APR 23, 2016 Bottle (Vinmonopolet). Dark ruby color, small beige head. Woody aroma with some caramel. Medium-bodied. Caramel, alcohol, grass. A bit spicey and Belgian dubbel. Ok.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Brownish amber colour, beige head. Aroma is nutty, spicy and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is nutty, some spices, liquorice and mild alcohol.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 07.12.15. Very dark amber. Pale, beige head. Strong aroma of fresh green apples, with a hint of roasted nuts.Tate is better, with fruits, dried fruits, ripe apples and syrup. Bitter apples, brittle and medium dark malt in aftertaste.

Taste; caramel malts, grassy hops, orange peels, prunes, plums, caramel chocolate. Moves towards a finish with sweet malts, butterscotch, caramel, chocolate notes. pours brown, small head. aroma is sweet from malt, very slightly roastiness. Taste has some roastiness coffee, very slight bread. but it is very bland for 7.5%.
