Courtesy of Yngwie. It’s dark brown with a creamy head, and the aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, licorice and light cellar. The mouthfeel is rather full, at least more than expected. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, salty licorice, light fruit, and the finish is dry and slightly bitter.

Hazy reddish colour with a tan head. Yeast and caramel nose. Sweet toffe/caramel flavour with yeast notes. Light fruity.

Bottle. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are nuts, roast malt, caramel, yeast, fruits and hops.

Medium brown coloured and hazy. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is sweet, notes of berries, dark bread, perfumed/herbal hops, light yeasty too. Flavor is heavy sweet and finish moderate bitter. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Large, frothy, white head. Fair lacing. Mostly diminishing longevity. Cloudy, red brown body. Moderate sweet flavor. Medium palate.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some dark fruit present. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Shared bottle at Cardinal. Clear amber with a small, creamy, tanned head. Notes of cream and toffee in the aroma. Sweet, alcoholic and a hint of alcohol in the mouth. Medium body. Syrupy. Dry finish.

[ Trade by yngwie ]. Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel,spicy, dusty, malt extract. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate, heather - black berry, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110325]

33 cl bottle at home. Dark brown reddish color, nice beige head. Aroma is dried fruit and caramel malt - strange in some way. Flavor is on the sweet side; butterscoth and caramel malt, dried fruit. Not much bitterness. Hints of alcohol.
