COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

0.33l bottle. This one pours a clouded dark honey-colored body, it actually looks a bit like dishwasher water, with a really almost non-present sidesticking just off-white head. On the aroma I get some melon - not the yeasty kind, more a fruity melon, grapes like the ones you find in champagne, a bit grassy with hints of wet leafs. It actually smells totally OK. Thin oily to watery texture with a soft carbonation level. Taste is a bit more dull and watery. A mild bitterness all the way with a near metallic-pungent tone that’s confusing both the beer and my self. Clear whet tones here with a hint of citrus and oranges. Ends with something that reminds me of bitter grapefruit. I understand where they want to go with this beer, but I don’t think they have done it with this one. Not something I need to try again. 27.04.2012

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange/milky white body with a small white head. Aroma is strange mature cheese-like tones, reminiscent of the (horrible) Norwegian "gammelost". I also pick up wheat/grainy notes and slight citric hints. Not entirely pleasant, I have to say. Taste is wheat, grains and watery citrus tones. Very low on flavor and a few weird hints of the cheesy stuff mentioned earlier. Another wild swing (and miss) by Atna, which really needs to come up with something good soon.

0,33 l bottle from Vaaland, Bryne. Clear sparkling golden with a short lived head disappating into an archipelago film leaving a fair lacing. Herbal, spicy, sweet malty aroma. Sweet, spicy, bitter flavors with Belgo yeast notes. Light to medium body and a light doughy texture. Medium bitter finish.

Small white head. Hazy opaque yellow body with a couple of floaties. Light wheaty aroma with herbal notes. Dry-sweetish mealy wheaty taste with citric notes. Mid-bodied. Faintly sharpish mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy wheaty aftertaste with citric herbal notes. Bitterness lingers. Boy, this is boring! (0.33l bottle, Centra Colosseum, Oslo.)

Bottle enjoyed at home
Golden hazy, white big bubbled head. Smells of grass, yeast esters, citrus and malts. Taste is malty, also wheat, alot of sweetness. Maybe too much for me. Nice hop bitterness.

Flaske 0,33l spandert av og delt med Rune på seanse hjemme hos ham 12 Jan 12. Veldig lys gylden. Litt uklar. Medium luftig skum. Svakt parfymert sitrusaroma. Smaken er litt sitrus. Uspennende - men sikkert god til mat.

330ml bottle from Centra Colosseum, Oslo. Apricot coloured body with a wheat haze. Bubbly, low white head. Modest smell of wheat and dry-sweet fruits. Semi-sweet fruits in flavour added by herbal dryness, and pale malts. Fresh and dry in the mouth. Leave with a little bland impression (shared with Finn, Tromsø 12.01.2012).
