Cask @ Puzzle Hall Inn, Sowerby Bridge. Blonde with a creamy head. Has plenty of hops with a dry fruitiness behind it. Quite crisp even though it is a fuller bodied ale. There’s some small sour citrus notes in its nose.

(Cask at Kitty’s, 20140101) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small, long lasting and white. Aroma had fruitiness, pine and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, herbalness, malts and almost acrid bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter. The aroma was nice but the taste was too unbalanced.
