deep brown with a creamy mocha head. quiet nose of chocolate syrup, roast, candied plum. sweet and syrupy and underfermented, the result is a flabby, chewy extract kit body with some charred oat and soy sauce-black patent malt. sweet and chewy, would work best as a dessert beer.
