DruncanVeasey (5136) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Prem, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 11, 2010
Festival special, Leicester 2010 (Fusion+green chillies). Yellow-gold with some wisps of head. Chopping board aroma with fibrous tropical hop and biscuit . Soapy hop, hints of custard cream biscuits, big lovely chilli warm in the stomach. Comes out more integrated than the Firebox, probably because the base beer is bigger and better able to carry the heat. Fine creamy malt, crushed nut and chilli linger. Medium spicy, maximum tasty.
