Bottle at The Map Room. Hazy gold with a substantial white frothy head. Light fruit upfront with green apple and grapes dominating, rounded out with kiwi and light spices. Finishes a bit sweet but really enjoyable.

Bottle. Poured a nice golden yellow with a thick, dense head. Very aromatic - the typical scents, yeast, citrus, some plum and pine. Light, with some nice hoppy bitterness and bite.

In the bottle, tried this at the Heorot in Muncie, hazy gold color with moderate head, very light aroma with just a hint of orchard fruit, taste is a little orange peel and spice with a drier finish than I expected, champagne-y and deceptively light in taste for the %. Goes down easy.

Golden, hazy with short, white head. Light, malty aroma flecked with notes of citrus. The flavor is more pronounced than the aroma, but not by much — orange, lemon, apple with a peppery finish along with mild spice/yeast aftertaste. Thin body and moderate finish. Seems too timid and simple for a Belgian Strong Ale.

Dark gold body with copious carbonation. The head is very dense and slightly off white. The aroma has peaches along with some cinnamon and black pepper. The taste has some mild spice with some black pepper and cinnamon.There is also some mild apple. The mouthfeel is highly carbonated with a dry finish. A decent Belgian strong.

Lightly hazed light golden color with a voluminous off white head. Light peach aromas mix with clove honey, hint of clove and touch of doughy yeast. While a touch simple, a very pleasing scent. Yogurt covered white currants swim about in the mouth. A little honeydew melon on the side. Finishes very quickly with just a hint of pepper. Not as warming as I would have expected from a brew this heft. Rerate, fresh bottle: Actually the numbers are about the same, I might bump the overall up one, but that is it. A little more hops, with citrus, herbs and light spice present. Still is more like a triple with a tremendous head.

Pour is a clear yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is floral and yeasty. flavor is fruity (pear and grapes) and finishes with a touch of lemon. Sweet but not to the point of overpowering and quite tasty.

Very nicely done Strong with vibrant fruitiness and spritzy mouthfeel. Flavors of fresh fruits, sweet caramel malt, and cider! Some hints of alcohol, but would never have said 8%!! Pretty damn refreshing.
