Bottle (330ml). Poured pale clear bubbly gold with a large fizz-froth white head. Smells like apple cider - yeast, apple, cheap white wine. Taste is like an apple-y strong witbier, alcohol and floral hop bitterness in the quick finish - VERY lively mouthfeel, thin body, no linger at all. Weird.

Bottle. Pours a muddy and quite pale yellow with a small film head. Loads of yeast particles swimming around in my glass. Aroma is butterly, wheaty and sweet. There are spices at work as well, mostly vanilla, ginger and a clear banana edge to all. Despite a nice aroma, but mouthfeel and flavour is a let-down. A touch to thin and the flavour lacking substance apart from some grainy sweetness. A light vinious touch is neither exploited. More spices would be nice, and a little less sourness.

Bottle. Large frothy thick white head that mostly lasted. Fair lacework. Clear body with light particles in flow and an orange color. Aroma of caramel, grain, citrus, yeast like cheese aroma, banana, peach, fruit and a hint of spice. Medium bodied with a light alcoholic texture and a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with light notes of acidic and bitterness. Average lasting sweet and fruity finish.

Itsy bitzy bottle via trade with motortoddhead. best before 03/08. Thanks Todd. Pours a huge huge head that needed time to sit, now I’ll see if i can pour more. Every glass I tried the head is huge. Pours yellow with a 4 finger head that is bubbly and bright white. Nose is sweet and yeasty. The taste is sweet and complex with more flavor in it than i’d expect. Some acidity is also present its a damn strange albeit good beer thats built on some intriguing ingredients.

Kulminator, best before 09/04. Aged version. Darker blond to amber coloured with almost no carbonation and a medium white head. Sweet alcoholic madeira strong aroma. Full palate, touches of madeira and ripe friuts. Finish is strong, little alcoholic, sweeter notes. Held quiet well.

Atomium has a great presence and finish. This beer cant truly be judged while drinking from the bottle. Like a fine wine it needs to breathe and be poured to fully experience what this beer has to offer.
