On draft at Teresa’s Next Door. Poured hazy gold with mildly fluffy white head. Taste is of lightly sweet malts with some pear, apple, and citrus fruit.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours a pale/medium yellow- very formidable head and tons of small bubbles racing to the surface. First taste is biting carbonation, with that typical ’tripel’ taste of banana and pear notes. True to the style, but nothing extraordinary.

Jun 15, 2008 bottle. Chunky but thin white head with some active carbonation, light golden color. Muted aromas of candi sugar sweetness and some fruity phenols. Flavors of yeasty tartness, shortbread cookies, some lemon/orange peels, and some lavender flowers. Aggressive carbonation on the palate detracts, too fizzy. Interesting, decent bew, but not a standout.

Jun 1, 2008 (33cl bottle) Enormous rocky white head atop hazy straw body. Aroma is moderately sweet, fruit (orange, some apple, banana), bubblegum, some bready yeast, clove. Taste is moderately sweet, lemon/orange, pastry/grain, light clove. Alcohol presence detected but not distracting. Medium-full body, some stickiness.

May 14, 2008 Pours a beautiful, vibrant golden colour. The head is incredible, erupts like a beer volcano. Lots of citrusy chracter, and overflowing carbonation. sweet, floral and yeasty in the finish. Plenty of bubbles that stick around for a while.

May 10, 2008 Hazy goldblond couloured beer with averbage white head. Hoppy and spicy aroma. Sprankling full palate. Hoppy and little dry finish.
