Pours a dark, almost inky, black with one finger of fizzy tan head. Nose is super chocolaty, and thatís about it. I donít want to even make an attempt at describing the flavor. Itís like someone condensed Moo-Hoo and then watered it down. Done describing.

Goblincat (386) - Westland, Michigan, USA - NOV 21, 2012
The aroma is roasted and malty, with a bit of chocolate. The taste is roasted syrup, if it existed, and some dark chocolate. Overall, pretty nice, something I would drink again.

Pours black with sticky lacing. Rich cocoa on the nose is awesome. Palate is medium-full with a great cocoa presence...not chocolatey sweet, but good nitter cocoa. Tasty..my favorite from this brewery.

MrBunn (2518) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 19, 2012
Bottle. This has been sitting around since late summer so itís about time. Pours a deep brown with little head and aromas of cocoa powder and cocoa powder. Flavor is cocoa powder. Nestlequik, anyone? Itís unidirectional, but good at what it does.

maxwelldeux (3874) - Everett, Washington, USA - NOV 16, 2012
Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a small head on it. Strong chocolate notes to the nose of this with just a hint of roasting underneath. Little bit of sweetness to the taste, but great chocolate flavors in it.

boxofrane (2272) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 2, 2012
Bottle from Mariís. Pours opaque black with a small tan head that dissipates quickly into just some surface bubbles. The aroma is overwhelmingly full of cocoa, vanilla, and a little coffee. The taste is fairly dominated by bitter chocolate that starts to sweeten on the finish. Palate is medium. Solid.

dreadnord (1013) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 21, 2012
Pours dark brownish black with a small off white head. Nose milk chocolate, molasses, brown sugar and toffee. Taste is semi sweet. Metallic. Not quite dark, almost bakers chocolate. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, medium body and medium finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

In short: Crushed kids Cocoa Puffs cereals in a flavourless soft-drink. Bad.
How: From a bottle at Mondial De La BiŤre 2012
The look: Dark brown body topped by a beige ring of foam
In long: Nose is Cocoa Puffsô, if you ever had General Millsí Cocoa Puffs kids breakfast cereals then this beer will bring you childhood memories (or one-week old memories if youíre like me). Taste feels just as fake as cocoa puffs kids cereals. Thin body plastic notes, overly carbonated, crunched cocoa puffs cereals. This tasted like pale soft-drink (7up-ish) which was flavoured with artificial cocoa powder. Too inoffensive to be awfully bad, but still pretty bad. I thought this beer was very lame, but before going on ratebeer and talk trash about a hard-working brewer you need to think twice about it, because not only is it very easy to do but it is also a lot of fun and it makes you feel better about yourself. What was my point again?

Bottle. Strong maple syrup, chocolate, and vanilla aroma. Black brown with a small tan head. Bitter cocoa, vanilla, earthy/roasty flavor... just didnít quite live up to the aroma. Rather thin watery body. It was good, but I was hoping for something a little more "decadent" than what I got.

Ughsmash (7203) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 22, 2012
Bottled. Poured deep brown with not much head sticking around. The aroma picked up lots and lots of sweet chocolate and vanilla, and it didnít really need anything else. The flavor found a blend of sweet and darker chocolates paired with a lot of vanilla bean.. a touch of smoked black malt as it warmed up.. finished with heavy vanilla bean and sweeter chocolates. Medium-bodied and sweet as mentioned on the palate.. cloying at times.. not bad.
