2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Poured a cloudy golden yellow body with thin head. Aroma is light wheat and orange. Flavor is a mix of orange, spices and yeast. Not bad but very boring.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a slightly hazey golden colour with an orange tint. Head is small, decent lacing on the glass. Very pleasent aroma, roasted almonds, lemon, grapefruit and other citrus fruits. Taste is genuinely citrusy, but not too tart. Overall, a crisp refreshing brew.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle. Pours a middling hazy pale yellow, thin fizzy head that clear away quickly. Aromas of sticky wheat sweetness with some oranges and lemons. Flavors move towards sweet and sour- a little tart yeasty bite, and some grainy sweetness. Light citrus hop notes, with a fair amount of bitterness. Palate is on the thin side. Overall not especially bad, but certainly not as good as some of the other wheat beers out there.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A wheat ale not altogether different from Celis White out of Michigan. A bit less flavor, though. Pours a nice golden color with a decent head. Smells a bit like citrus. The problem with the beer is that it is a bit watery. Has a nice initial taste but lacks taste going down. It’s easy to drink a few of these, but there are far too many other good wheats to make this one a mainstay.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft sample at MBGF Summer08. Poured hazy orange color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly and produced fair lacing. Moderate sweet & sour citrus aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Moderate sweet sour citrus flavor with a smooth citrus acidic finish of short duration. My expectations where met.

Don’t ya just love this connotation; dirty blonde? Very nice label, painting of the backside of a girl with long hair, dirty blonde of course. Aroma of wet hay and freshly cooled slag with perhaps a background hint of banana. Beautiful swirling unfiltered pour from gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Pale yellow and hazy. Taste is light and airy, much les bitter than other beers I’ve had in this style. It almost comes across without any ale biting attributes, like a refined lager. Very good tingly carbonation. Flavors of wet hay and grassy water. Finish is also a little watery but that does not subtract from the fun and ease of drinking. Good session brew. I’de like another.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the NEPA case split club. It seems like a decent summer beer with an accentuation towards the citrus but it seems a bit too heavily spiced which makes it close to drinking Tang or some type of concentrated orange spritzer. The palatte seems wet but dry tones lie within the spicy layer despite the overall watery character. Aroma has some wheat character which in the flavor seems defeated by the coriander content. I can almost bite the coriander seeds made to make this beer.
