COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer is a Munich style lager brewed with Pilsner & Caramel malts from Germany. Helles (German for Pale) is an easy drinking beer with a solid malty sweetness. O>G>12.5 Plato

the Hell is one of the beers from atwater i’ve had multiple times and for whatever reason hadn’t rated. but finally purchased in 12 oz bottles, i had a chance. it’s a very pale gold, with lots of cascading bubbles to the top forming a white head. aroma of corn flakes and wet cereal grains, malty-sweet without smelling sugary. flavor is typical helles malt and clean yeast profile, making it a very drinkable beer (aside from a bit of diacetyl/butteryness).

Bottle: Pours a clear golden color with a medium to small sized white head that does not have much retention. Aroma is grainy, and somewhat skunky, with a bit of roasted malts in there, nuttiness, and a fruity note mixed in with this Helles with some corn as well. Taste is definite corn at first, then mixes into a lightly malted texture, with a lightly grainy/skunky twang to it. Palate is lightly sticky as it lingers with some bitterness on the tongue as well. Overall, It’s a sub-par Dorty, It’s better than what BMC cranks out to the general public. But really corny though.

Upon opening releases a large amount of carbonation, so much that I think it’s infected. Pours light golden and effervescent with a big fluffy white head. Aroma of corn, apple, cherry and brett. Taste is apple, sour mash, and cherry. Mouthfeel is light bodied with lively carbonation. Poorly made. A little tartness in a helles is acceptable, but this tastes sour. If this was my brewery, this batch would have been dumped.

12oz bottle, sweet beer, literally, very easy drinking with lots of carbonation and sweetness abounding. Have to agree about the apple taste, definitely seems like a watered down carmel apple.

Bottles. White bubbly head that hangs around for a bit. Not much of an aroma other than some malt. Mouthfell and flavor was watery and typical lager laden with malt. Not much of an aftertaste. All in all rather bland and unmemorable.

Beautiful clear amber color with a explosive white head when poured into a glass. There is a very sweet smell being emitted but I have no idea of what it smells like. Not a bad brew for a microbrewer

Clear amber, with a massive white head. With a slight carbonation streaming up the glass, it has the look of a good beer. A bit of raw grain the aroma, atop the light malt. Oily mouth feel and an almost syrupy sweetness.

fizzy, dishwater-detergent white head with a hazy, golden pour. another reviewer used ’lemon grass’ to describe and I’d agree. The sweet and sour characer is probably the only thing worth noting... average.
