Draft sample at MBGWF 2011. Poured cloudy copper color with a large frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate earthy and citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. Good brew not great.

Sampled on draft at Smokin’ Joe’s in Pittsburgh PA this beer poured a hazy dark amber color with a large foamy white head that lingered and produced great lacing. The aroma was light floral and fruity hops. The flavor was dry,nutty and a bit musty with moderate dry floral hops and a long dry, tangy hoppy finish. Medium body. Disappointing.
