COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional german helles bock, golden in color and brewed with only the finest imported malt and hops. The distinct malty sweetness is balanced by a pronounced hop finish. Brewed to Welcome the Spring Season.

Bottle. Dark gold body with a few lazy bubble creeping up the glass. The thin head is light yellow hay. The aroma is sweet canned peaches with some light caramel. The taste is dry dusty peach skin with some hints of old herbs. Kind of like licking the bottom of an old spice cabinet. Strange, indeed.

Hazy golden coloured body with a very dense slightly off-white head and a billion bubbles rising from the sides of the glass. Aroma of fresh malt, lemons, nuts, candy corn and a bit of apple cider vinegar. Medium-bodied; Strong malty flavour with a big bunch of wheat and musty german (low a.a.) hops comes quick after the sip. Aftertaste shows more mellow characteristics: some lemons, nuts and a mild sweetness fades to pale malt. Overall, a decent beer - a bit strange and strong up front...but give it a bit of time and it shows more. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased at Merchant’s in Dearborn, Michigan on 25 October 2007.

Pours dark gold with a lightly malty aroma. Thinnish mouth feel. Nothing all that exciting about this one.

A double pilsner with half the hops. A little thin. Maybe I would have liked it more with more munich malt or a higher mash temperature. By no means a bad beer. Super smooth and clean. Rochester Mills has a maibock that I thought was very good.

Pour is a sick looking brown with a small white head. Aroma is in hiding with just some hints of caramel malts sneaking out and not much else. Flavor is a little better. Some malts and a stong bitterness. This is below par just in the fact that it is hard to detect what the brewer was going for here.

Its what was expected. Aroma was thin and weak. Slightly grainy with a thin light malt backbone. Pour was a nice enough light gold with plenty of rising bubbles and a one finger white head. Taste was very thin. Light grainy malt is all I got from the flavor with that typical lager phenol after taste. Medium carbonation. Blah

Bottle pours a clear amber with MASSIVE white head. Malty fruity bready scent. Taste is malty with hints of fruit....high carbonation.

An unremarkable beer. Muddy orange body with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is grain, some citrus, honey, and caramel. Flavor sustains the sweetness of the caramel. Light to medium body, gentle carbonation. Nothing special.

Particulate laden apricot with a thin off-white head and wispy lacing. Aroma of sour toasted malt and light caramel. Over carbonated quaff tastes of malt, fruit, diacetyl, and mildly burnt malt. Finishes dry and astringent, not a very good brew.

Bottle. Poured a deep golden body with thin head. Aroma is light lemon, malty. Flavor is acidic citrus, lemon marange pie, sweet malt. Bitter with an acidic mouthfeel.
