Aroma is malts with a hint of grit. The flavor is sweetish malts, a mild off flavor I canít place and a dry and slightly sour finish.

12 ounce bottle into pilsener glass, bottled June 2012. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Slight spotty lacing on the glass, and light carbonation streaming up. Aromas of lemon, herbal, pear, apple, earth, grass, bread, cracker, and light spiciness. Pretty nice aromas with good balance and decent strength. Taste of lemon, bread, pear, pepper, cracker, herbal, apple, earth, and spiciness. Decent amount of herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruit, pepper, bread, and earthy spices on the finish for a short bit. Good flavor balance and complexity; nice bitterness/sweetness balance. Pretty dry on the finish as expected. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with pretty muh zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice pilsner! Good hop flavor presence and balance. Quite enjoyable and very easy to drink. Well done.

Draft. Poured clear pale color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and good lacing. Moderate toasted grain aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft brew.

Grainy, sourdough nose thatís stanky rather than skunky. Effervescent hazy yellow. Bitter before sweet, and drying towards finish. Lighter body, if a bit starchy. A pils in each way but the aroma

Bottled date was Dec 2011. Pours a very hazy yellow color with a low filmy white head. Aroma has a very strong sour grainy nose, lots of noble hops nose at the very end. Flavor starts off with a very strong Hallertau hops kick and slowly fades to a light pilsner malt finish. Body is light and moderately crisp. Overall a pretty tasty brew and I love the strong noble hops flavor present in this brew. Could be a bit more appealing as its pretty cloudy for a pilsner.

Good pilsner brewed in Detroit. Light refreshing beer on a hot day with just enough of that pilsner taste. Will buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear bright yellow color with a small amount of head. Very grainy aroma with hay and pale malt. Donít detect much hops unless its adding to the hay aroma. Taste is off putting. Very grainy and not enough hops. Itís not very crisp and refreshing like a pilsener, more like a golden ale or something. Kinda bad aftertaste too. Not a fan.

Bottle, this beer had a light to medium gold pour with a little orange color mixed in, there was a little haze in the glass from sediment and made a three finger white head that receded to a half finger or so, the effervescence was a little less than medium with a center stream and some bubbles here and there in the glass , this beer left spots, fingers and sheens of lacing on the glass as I drank, I found a partial ring of light brown sediment at one side on the bottom of the bottle, the aroma of this beer when first poured was ok, grass and hay like hops and light malt, and bread, but after the head receded, the was an off-ness in the aroma, a dull malt scent or similar, the flavors were malt, bread, a little lemon citrus and sour, the finish had a little bitterness and sourness but it was on the weak side, the mouth feel was light with a little crispness but not as much as I would like, the nose on this beer was good at first but it got worst as it warmed up, this beer had a nice presentation, that is the best thing I can say about this beer.

Bottle pour into shaker. Tall, creamy head. First sip seems really doughy. The doughiness goes away . . . almost. It was refreshing because I just finished mowing the lawn, but there are better pilseners . . . and better "lawn mower" beers.
