Rated on 7-18-2015 at Three Rivers Brew Review, Fort Wayne, IN. This bottled beer is presented with a small beige head with a long retention, transparent golden body, no visible carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is light malt and a hint of lemon. Ditto for the flavor. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. This is a session beer with very little flavor. This beer is not on my list of beers to partake in again.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled in 4/2015. Pours slightly hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with sole light streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of lemon, earthy spice, bready malt, and fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good balance and robustness of lemon, earthy spice, bready malt, and fruity yeast flavors; with a good malt/bitter spice balance and minimal cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately creamy/bready/sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this was a solid spiced wheat ale. All around good robustness and balance of lemon, earthy spice, bready malt and fruity yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. Tasted like a bit of a darker kolsch style, the lemon character was not too big. A fairly enjoyable offering.

It?s a decent wheat style ale with a little lemon flavor. A little pale but had a nice balance to get you through. Not meant to be a heavy hitting beer. Go into it thinking budlight lime or miller chill. Tap and bottle. Tap is better

This bottled brew from a beer festival poured a head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a uncarbonated transparent orange brown colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. . The mild flavor contained notes of mild lager mild caramel and mild hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

bottled - surprisingly dark amber in color. Expected it to be lighter since it was a summer brew. Flavor is decent, slightly malty. Not much aroma.

12 oz. bottled June 2014. Lightly hazy orange-amber with a small ring of bubbles. Aroma is big with molasses. There’s also some citrus and a hint of toast. Taste is toast, sourish citrus, apple, leafy and wooden hops, and earthy honey. Light-medium body has a good balance and a tingly but smooth, medium carbonation. Tastes like a decent bitter.

Notes from bottle from Frank Smith’s. Poured golden with off-white head. Nose was corn flakey malty, with mild hops, citrus, and floral notes in the taste. Not great.

Bottle. Nothing really outstanding about this one. It was refreshing to drink while on the lake but the lemon was very slight and light. Not really that bad of a beer.
