Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear reddish brew with white head. Aroma of cherries, a litte grass and earth. Taste is dry cherries, a little tart, dry finish. Very nice.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium cherry amber with a frothy head cover and small bands of lace. Taste is malt up front that adds sour cherry in the palate, turning slightly bitter in the finish. Iím not sure all elements agree with each other in this brew...pretty solid going in, not so ggod in the lingering finish.

Bottle. Pours a reddish-tinged dark orange-amber with a medium, fine-grained, pillowy head. Nose is very mild cherry fruit with yeast and bready notes. Not at all sweet -- definite cherry notes, spoiled somewhat by a metallic canned overtone. Itís a weird mix of fresh cherry and canned cherry pie filling. The wheat beer is, I think, dragging down the cherries. Finish is better than the taste. Itís all right.

At bocktown. Smells a little like mild fruity or perceivable cherry perfume. Big smooth head. A little sweet at the start and as the session continues it gets just a tad cloying. Very little co2. Has someof thoes typical fruit beer attributes. Slight medicinal finish.

A nice try, but the cherry taste is a bit medicinal when accenting the grassy wheatiness of the base. Tried at the DC Drink the District Derby Days with Matt and Justin.

The cherry flavor is a little intrusive. It is not a beer i would drink on a regular basis.

Pours a reddish brown. Aroma and taste are both tart cherries, almost like juice.

12oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium brown with a strong reddish hue and a huge (3-4 finger) sudsy head that reduced slowly, down to a thick cap which lasted throughout and had fair sticky lacing.

The aroma was kind of mild with a light hay- like malt and a funky dusty yeast with hints of cherry, barley and wheat.

The taste was lightly malty and a tad sweet with a strong note of cherries from the get go, with a bit of wheat slipping in along with a mild bitterness and a lightly tart ending. The flavor lasted and average duration proceeding the swallow, with a lightly bitter fruity taste left behind.

Mouthfeel was light in body with a thin dry texture and an almost fizzy carbonation.

Overall this is a decent Wheat Ale with a strong presence of fruit and a touch of wheat. Be careful upon opening this one though, it fizzed up out of the bottle and onto the counter. I was quick though and only lost a very little... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews
