COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
TC is the cherry capital of the world and now Montmorency Cherries from this colorful town in Michigan’s “Up North” have made their way into a wheat beer for the ages, for a taste that’s totally cherry. Prost!

Pours a reddish-orange color. Cherry aroma and light cherry flavor that helps to distinguish this a bit from a straight wheat beer. Not as sour or full of esters as the typical wheat. The cherry is quite muted, but pleasant in its effect.

12 oz, bottled April 2013. Clear orange-copper with a lasting quarter inch of creamy head. Mild but pleasant nose of toffee, banana, and a touch of cherry. The taste really has lots of fresh, tart pie-making cherries. Also a touch of spicy banana, caramel and some woody hops. Medium body is soft with average carbonation and enough acidic tartness to provide a fair balance. Not a huge fan of this brewery or the fruit style, but this one’s pretty good.

Orange-Ruby-esqe with a fizzy head. Faintly smells of cherry and barley. Same goes for the flavor, which has a cherry twag to it; But it doesn’t really taste like anything. Body is light and crisp, if anything else. Not really impressed by this beer, that’s all I really got to say

Basic beer, drinkable. Mild cherry aroma and taste. Built up mouthfeel. Nothing special, though cherry makes it half interesting. Fast dissipitating head.Bottle from FlandersNed.

Bottle. Pours a clear red/pink amber. Light tan long lasting head. Cherry aroma. Some sour cherry flavor along with the typical wheat feel. Some lacing. Sour finish. Definitely not my favorite from Atwater. May have been a little kind in my rating, because honestly I didn’t like it. Maybe a bad bottle. Will try again some day, but for now this one was just ok.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle. Pours coppery ruby red, with a larger soapy white head. Nose is malt, mild cherry, light brown sugar brown sugar. Kind of flat beer, very mild cherry flavor, (I was expecting more) wheaty malt, and light palate heft. Overall not a big fan of this beer. This is the first Attwater Beer I didn’t like.

Poured from a bottle in a clear slightly reddish amber with an average white head with some good lacing. Very minor cherry undertones and fairly wheat aroma. Slight sweetness of a wheat beer.
