Bottle. Has a dark brown color with a small beige head. Lots of dried fruit in the aroma along with brown sugar, oak, forest floor, wild berries and leather. The flavor contains more of the same and is quite sweet. Brown sugar, oak and dried fruit being the most dominant. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A sweet beer but good and well balanced.

Cloudy brown with tan head. Caramel, earth, malty and Belgian spice. Slick, round, sweet, toffee, chocolate milk and floral finish. Overall: Slick, balanced and nothing stands out. Probably great too pair with food. Well crafted.

Pours a deep amber with slight head. To sweet of a beer that really has no bite. Glad I bought it on clearance.

ClubGonzo (5089) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 24, 2013
Bottle @ Kraddel’s TdG 2013 tasting, Antwerpen. Pours a deep mahogany brown body with loads of tiny sediments and a medium off-white head. Nose is caramel and nougat tones, hints of fresh yeast. Mellow and elegant, but a bit low on intensity. Taste is grains, nougat, chocolate, caramel, hints of hay and light yeasty notes. Full body, medium carbonation. Quite nice, actually.
