Big white lasting head. Hazy opaque pale yellow body. Mealy floral coriander aroma with oily citric notes. Dry citric floral herbal taste with mealy coriander notes. Light body. Dusty, mealy mouthfeel. Dry chalky floral herbal aftertaste with citric notes. Lingering grassy mealy aftertaste. Nice, drinkable, unremarkable. (0.15l draft at brewpub.)

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head + lacings. Citrusy with yeast, flowers and straw. Also hints of banana. Mellow dry finish with some sourness.

750ml bottle from the brewpub: poured cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of lemons, some yeast, a bit of coriander, and light banana. Light lemon in the flavor with moderate doughiness. Slightly grainy as well. But easy drinking.
