Keg at Au Brasseur, Strasbourg, France. Gold with white head. This was a pretty thin beer with a boiled malt character, herby and light sweetness. CO2 wet cardboard. Not great.

25cl on tap at the Au Brasseur. Lightly cloudy yellow beer with a small head. Aroma is light. Lightly malty and a very lightly floral. Soft carbonation and light and a bit creamy body. Taste is more bitter than sweet with some strange grassy notes. Overall, a drinkable starter but not to repeat.

On tap, a light cloudy yellow beer with medium head. Nose is very strange on fermented kettle notes ! Aroma is low on malt, light sweet with fruit notes, very basic blond with metallic notes, nothing outstanding, low malt bouquet.

Big lasting white head. Pale greenish yellow body. Very light mealy fruity aroma is just barely detectable. Dry-sweet citric fruity grassy taste with oily mealy notes. Light body. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry earthy metallic grassy aftertaste. Leaves harsh lingering earthy metallic taste. Not great, but the initial taste was nice. (015l draft at brewpub.)

Golden blond coloured beer, clear with some light carbonation and a small white head. Fruity flowery and light hoppy touched aroma. Full palate. Finish is light bitter hoppy and fruity hinted with a more sweet fruity ending. Not bad.
