ruigo (1027) - PORTUGAL - MAR 2, 2014
Shared 33cl on tap at the Au Brasseur. Shows medium to dark brown colour with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma is roasted, malty, earthy and lightly yeast. Soft carbonation and medium body. Taste is more sweet than bitter, with the flavours dispersed into a long finish. Overall, a nice but not remarkable beer.

ogivlado (5584) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 28, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. Reddish/brown coloured, small off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Slight roasted malt, mild dried fruits and caramel with short dryish finish. Unfortunately quite watery. Not good.

jaghana (3750) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - JUL 4, 2012
On tap, a brown beer with medium head. Nose is lightly roasted with over riped fruit notes. Correct brown ale with dark malt and sweetness but body is a bit thin, not unforgettable.

larsga (6140) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 20, 2010
Biggish offwhite lasting head. Slightly hazy amber body. Roasty oily grassy aroma is very faint. Dry-sweet roasty malty strawy taste with grassy herbal notes. Light body. Mild, faintly mealy mouthfeel. Dry grassy toffee aftertaste with chalky notes. Decent, but too low on taste. (0.15l draft at brewpub.)

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark red with a dimminishing off-white head. Medium to light bodied beer with a light sweetness and a soft carbonation. Aromas of Toasted caramel and a sour fruitiness. Short dry finish, again with a sour fruity finish. Needs body and sweetness.

MrRomero (1974) - Nolanville, USA - MAY 30, 2007
Draft at the brewery: poured reddish brown with a smallish off white head. Aroma is of slight roasted malt, some caramel, a little fruit, and some hops. Flavor is slightly sour with some fruit, a little coffee, and some chocolate. Pretty decent beer from a brewpub I stumbled on while in Strasbourg.
