A hazy blonde ale with a thin white head. A strong raspberry aroma, with light coriander and yeast. In mouth, a sweet candy malt, raspberry pulp and coriander, overall, a bit cloying. Tasted on July 26 209. Bottle from Gobelet.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy lightly dirty beige color ale with a medium bubbly head with average retention. Aroma of light blackberry with some grainy malt and some weird ester. Taste is a weird mix between some blackberry syrup with some unrefined grainy malt and some weird ester which doesn’t really fit well. Body is quite full with average carbonation and no apparent alcohol. OK though not necessarily something I would buy very often.

[1811-20081022] 750mL bottle. Aroma a melody of Christmas pudding, floral perfume, grassy mango figs, burnt cantaloupe, old tree trunk and some smoky characteristics. Slightly hazy, light orange yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Sweet sugary malt flavour has toasted floral smoked hops. Medium body is slightly bitter. A sourness comes out that probably shouldn’t be there but otherwise it’s a nice attribute, and a really interesting beer.

Fizzy golden beer with (barely) no head. Yeasty, wich add the champagne touch to this beer, and the blackberry taste is really present (and good). Alcohol is very well hidden. I’d try more of this!
