On tap at the brewery, dark brown color, with a small beige head, yeasty, fruity, toasty nose, with a light nutty accent, some raisin, ripe apple fruitiness, with a hint of coffee roastiness, a faint toffeeish note, with floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied with a toasted, faint roasted malt character, with a buttery chestnut and nutty accent, with a mild flowery hop leafiness, leading towards a malty, grainy, lingering hop bitterness finish.
