500ml bottle. Pours pale orange. Nose is yeasty and quite fruity. Taste is fruity, citrusy and malty. Hints of spices and yeast, hops and maybe banana. Warm feeling on the finish. Some fruity hints of peach also. Overall not bad. Moderately complex.

Pours slightly cloudy corn yellow with a big frothy white head. Aroma is yeast, citrus and spice. Taste is slight spice, lots of carbonation. Yeast and citrus. Expected a bit more body.

Oh, this beer is so... special. This beer reminds me of Belgian style trippels and I loved it. The flavors in this beer are presents, strongs, behind 8%. But this is a wise choice because 8% is just right. This beer is very good and the after taste is amazing compared to other Tripels abbey styled. This is the perfect beer for a beginner. This is my opinion.

Bière couleur dorée trouble avec faible mousse.Goût légèrement épicé avec une moyenne effervescence.

Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. Strong aroma of champagne, Yeast with some cirtus ans fruits. Taste is malty, with spices and a hoppy finish. Alcool is well hidden for an 8% beer. Very nice

Sample at Brewnosers’ meeting April 2008. Golden orange colour with a mostly diminishing creamy and fizzy white head. Light caramel, citrus, brown sugar, and fruity aroma, very Belgian. Dry, yeasty, and lightly spicy flavour. Light bodied, dry and fizzy mouthfeel.

500ml bottle. Hazy yellow with a thick foamy white head. Godd retention and average lacing. Aroma is belgian yeast, sugar, cereals and spices. Flavor is fruity and spicy with belgian yeast, spices, hops, Medium body fizzy carbonation. I’m pleasently surprised by this one.

Bouteille 500ml. De couleur orange-dorée et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées sucrées (agrumes, léger de pêche et de poires, traces de pommes), de houblon herbeux (herbes fraîches) et floral, léger de sucre bonbon et d’épices (poivre doux). Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et un peu croustillant ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse et aux petites notes huileuses. Goût de levures fruitées (agrumes, léger de poires sucrées, notes de pêche et d’ananas) avec une légère amertume de houblon légèrement floral, lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un léger goût de grains de malt avec des notes de sucre bonbon ainsi que des traces de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve un léger goût de levures épicées (poivre très doux) accompagné d’un léger goût de houblon herbeux asséchant (herbes mouillées et fraîches) et de quelques traces d’alcool. Post-goût moyen et un peu sec, léger-moyen amer de houblon herbeux et floral avec un goût de levures fruitées (zest d’agrumes)

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, blankboy & tupalev - blankboy’s bottle. Hazy light golden colour with a thin head. Nice aroma - quite fruity, with notes of pineapple and peach, and wisps of spice and yeast. Soft bodied. Flavour is pleasant but fairly simple, an enjoyable sweet fruitiness with a slight peppery edge. Not too bad.

Bottle - 500ml. Cloudy golden/orange body with low carbonation and a thin white creamy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty, apple and citrusy hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Sharp and well balanced hoppy taste. Texture is soft/oily and finish is long and warming. Well done.
