Bouteille 500ml. De couleur jaune et voilée. Nez fruité (framboises, léger d’agrumes), léger de blé avec des notes de céréales et de houblon herbeux. Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture aux petites notes crémeuses. Goût fruité aux petites notes acides (framboises, léger de citron) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de blé avec des notes de céréales fraîches ainsi que des traces de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes amères de levures et de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen, aux notes amères de houblon herbeux avec un goût fruité aux petites notes aigres (moût de framboises, notes de zest d’agrumes).

A hazy opaque golden ale with a thin off white head. A nice wheaty aroma with raspbery pulp, and some lemon notes. In mouth, a light wheat with light raspberry notes, could gain from more body and more sournes. Not bad. Bottle sampled Sept. 5 2009.

Bottle from Le Marche Jovi- A hazed yellow pour with ample white froth atop. Nose is intense fresh berries, candy, perfume, grains and a bit of wheat. Sweet wheat flavour is dominated by berry and candy. Foamy creamy finish. Not really balanced at all, and overly sweet but enjoyable in smaller doses.

Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large foamy head that disappeared too quickly. Aroma of cough syrup flavored raspberry with some grainy wheat malt. Taste is also dominated by some fake raspberry syrup mix with some grainy unrefined wheat malt that really don’t go all that well together. Clearly this is not a winning experience.

500 ml bottle from Marche Jovi, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.
App.: Cloudy yellow-golden with a rim of white.
Aroma: Lots of candy-like raspberry, somewhat fresh, some raspberry bush, some hay/grass/wheat, light grain/cereal.
Palate: Medium body, moderate effervescence.
Flav.: Like the nose, raspberry dominates with wheat and cereal malt notes hanging around in the background; dry with a touch of bitterness and a medicinal raspberry finish.
Like my science fair projects, this experiment sounds better than it is.

Bouteille brune de 500ml. Bière blonde trouble sans mousse. Nez de framboise, Bouche mince, léger goût fruité. aigre en finale.
