Bottle 33cl @ [ Tasting in Ulfborg ].
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, lime, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter (citrus shell) with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (110708)

33cl Dorée avec qcq sédiments, col blanc léger. Arôme de levure, le tout est fruité allant vers orange et citron suivi de qcq épices. En bouche, le palais rappelle la version de Grain d’Orge de Bérangère pour ce profile levure/fruité proche de l’orange. Sur la fin une épice pouvant suggérer la cardamone/muscade ou girofle. Profile malt reste agréable vers le cara, fini reste fruité.

Golden blond coloured beer with average carbonation and a short white head. Light hoppy hinted aroma. Medium palate. FInish is light sweet, little hoppy hinted. Medium Belgian ale, mainstream.

Shared this one w/SkyCop32. Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond but collapsing frothy head. Sweet and flowery yeasty aroma with notes of citrus, honey and alcohol. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft, even a bit flat carbonation. Pale malty, citrus-fruity and slightly zesty taste with shy spicy notes; moderately sweet and fruity finish with notes light notes of alcohol and spices. Undemanding Belgian Ale. 30.XI.09

Bottle conditioned, 330ml from Grain D’Orge Brewery Tap, Hombourg, Belgium. Gold with white head. Quite a malty, grainy beer with some moderate toasting, leading to light spicing, but quite indistinguishable. Some yeast and bitterness within the body, nothing outstanding, fairly average really.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2010 Clear blond coloured beer with medium white head and lots of carbonation. A hoppy, yeasty and spicy aroma. Full palate. Finish is sweet granny dry bitter.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a diminishing white head. Medium dry brett-ish aroma with a mild fruity note beneath. Smooth yeasty, light wheaty and lightly spiced base flavour. Holds a light lingering brett dryness into the finish. Ends slight woody and dry.
