Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, lime, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter (citrus shell) with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (110708)

33cl Dorée avec qcq sédiments, col blanc léger. Arôme de levure, le tout est fruité allant vers orange et citron suivi de qcq épices. En bouche, le palais rappelle la version de Grain d’Orge de Bérangère pour ce profile levure/fruité proche de l’orange. Sur la fin une épice pouvant suggérer la cardamone/muscade ou girofle. Profile malt reste agréable vers le cara, fini reste fruité.

Bottle conditioned, 330ml from Grain D’Orge Brewery Tap, Hombourg, Belgium. Gold with white head. Quite a malty, grainy beer with some moderate toasting, leading to light spicing, but quite indistinguishable. Some yeast and bitterness within the body, nothing outstanding, fairly average really.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a diminishing white head. Medium dry brett-ish aroma with a mild fruity note beneath. Smooth yeasty, light wheaty and lightly spiced base flavour. Holds a light lingering brett dryness into the finish. Ends slight woody and dry.
