COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hopped ale features a new addition to the hop family, the El Dorado. It was brewed specifically for "Humulus University" Hop School in Yakima, Washington. This light pale ale has candied stone fruit aromas and flavors. Its low gravity and low IBU’s makes this pale light and easy to drink.

On tap at Beer Revolution. Pours cloudy blonde with a rich white head and a toffee aroma. There is a surprisingly hearty pale malt flavor with a dry finishing bitterness. This is a session version of Fools Gold.
