Bottle@Home. Aroma of fermented apple, wheat and a hint of banana. Murky, yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Subtile apples, yeasty, light sweet, sourish, light bitter, hint of banana, meduim body. Interesting, not artificial, more like a mix of witbier and cider.

Brasserie Audomaroise, Saint Omer. Tap. Ugh. These beers are poorly made. Underdeveloped and ugly. Lots of off flavours. Poor quality ingredients and not letting the beers settle before selling them. The apple juice doesn’t save what is a disgusting beer, but does give it an extra dimension which is worth a point.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2005 Bottled. Cloudy golden, brief head. Buttery apple cellar aroma. Sweet and soft with some pleasant wheat character creeping out from behind that aroma of Soviet style lager.
