Brasserie Audomaroise, Saint Omer. Tap. Ooooh - this is rough. Chemical tasting and far off from tasting fresh and pleasant. This tastes dreadful. Sulphur whiffs - stale scrambled egg. Faint citric-like fake lemon flavour. Bad, bad, bad. But points for being still possible to drink - which I can’t always say for some extreme beers.

Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow. Orangey nose. Sweet, soft and rounded, lighlty juicy. Very refreshing, but not very flavourful.

Extremey pale colour, clear (all yeast packed to the bottom). Slight white head, fluffy. A lot of carbonation. Nose of wheat, some hops, chaff. Taste is cidery - WOW - this is the Leuvens' Peeterman of yore!! Extremely refreshing. Palate is very, very light. No discernable aftertaste, but a slight acidity.
