Quite a sotrng headed staw coloued beer with a nice bitter and slightly wheat beer like aroma. The flavour is fizzy on the palate with a fruity and slightly citric flavour. Overall a very nice beer.

Brasserie Audomaroise, Saint Omer. Tap. The honey makes the blonde more interesting and more drinkable - but still not entirely acceptable for a professional craft brewery.

Bottled. Hazy yellow, rich lively head.Notes of grain, honey and grass. Sweet and very discrete, like all l’Audomaroise’s beers. In most of the other ones however the strange flavours gives an interesting twist, whereas the honey doesn’t quite do that. Lightly grassy finish.
