Bottle 50 cl. Huge rocky white diminishing head with good lacing. Hazy yellow body. Aroma of grain, hay and straw, citrus and banana. Medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation. The flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter.

Jul 9, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white, creamy and slowly collapsing head. Aroma is classic wheaty and of esters, somewhat dry impression. Fruity and yeasty flavour, seems sweet initially but soon goes towards a more dry and estery flavour. Dry wheaty and mild banana fruity finish. Surprisingly good.

Jun 7, 2008 50cl bottle. Pours a lovely hazy orange with a full white head & lacings. Aroma & taste is banana, wheat & citrus. Nice balance between sweet & sour. Round & soft mouthfeel! Great Hefeweizen!

May 22, 2008 500ml Bottle (Poseidon, Helsinki) - Hazy golden in colour with a hint of orange. Spicy, grainy aroma with a hint of banana. Banana also features in the smooth taste along with a hint of spice. Goes down very well indeed.

Cloudy deep orange, healthy white head. Sweet estery aroma - not just the usual banana - quite cerealy - a little weetabix. Quite lively in the mouth, but a lovely creaminess smothers the tongue very quickly. Creamy body, slight vanilla-fudge taste, light grains. Not outstanding in any way, but very good in every way. Very pleasant hoppy finish too.
