Mar 11, 2007 Straw color, Ok head. The aroma is hoppy and the flavour has a nice hoppy bitterness with a few floral and fruity notes. It’s quite ordinary.

Jan 20, 2006 Draft at Alpenrose, Oberaudorf, Germany. Spicy hop aroma with some light bready malts. Yellow colored body with a medium sized white head. Light bready malts in the flavor, some sweet hop flavor, light spritzy.
Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark
Jan 20, 2006 Draught at Alpenrose, Oberaudorf, Bayern. Golden coloured. Very fruity and exotic with notes of mango. Sweet and juicy flavour with a slightly dry and hoppy finish. There is also some spicy notes (anise). Rather mild carbonation level, especially compared to the other Rosenheimer beers. Soft mouthfeel. Well balanced.

Oct 10, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Pale golden with a huge head leaving big lumps on the glass as it collapses. Lovely aroma of hops, but also a bit too harsh in it’s bitterness for my liking. 081201
