Hell malziger Beginn mit Hopfenauszügen. Ebenfalls hell getreidig, später wird das Bier malzlastiger, was aber weitestgehend aus der Abmilderung der anderen Aromen resultiert. Milder Ausklang. 6/7/7/7/8/7

"Helles Alt" = Kölsch, fun times. Screw-top bottle by 11.10.12. Very faint pale malt nose, pours clear golden with plenty of carbonation and a soapy off-white head. Taste is herbal, almost medicinal at first, backs lightly off into the pale malt, has the character of a light Heller Bock. Swirling crispness with faint bitterness, light-medium body. Could have fooled me, this would have passed as a Golden Ale or anything similarly generic. Still, clean and easy-going.

Bottled 330ml. -Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head that went away fast, hint of alcohol in the nose. Malty, quite grainy and hay with weak hoppy notes. Bitterish finish. Drinkable but pretty average.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, dusty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, sweet malt, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100828]

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a white creamy head. Rich malty aroma and taste with grassy notes.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Nice head. Starts a bit moldy and sourish, the finish is a bit too dry. Not better than average!

Bottle. Courtesy WinterCoat. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Nice powerfull grassy aroma. Moderate bitter fresh flavopr. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Very nice kölch!

Bottle - Small white head, mostly diminishing.
Gold color. Sweet aroma. Moderately carbonated and refreshin beer.
