Flip top bottle: dark copper in colour and remarkably little carbonation. Some caramel aromas in the nose, full-bodied and quite sweet on the palate with a nutty and herbal (parsley?) bitterness to balance.

Jun 15, 2008 The color is incredible nice, red-brown with a cense, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, nuts, light sweetness and light hints of milk chocolate. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of nuts, malt, caramel, and it ends with a hint of milk chocolate and a dry, very light bitterness. A very nice surprise.

Aug 28, 2007 copper coloured, vanishing head. spicy and roasted smell. starts so, too. mid is sweeter, later hops which stays dominant until the long finish. very drinkable. one of the very few "premiums" which are really ones.

May 19, 2007 Bottle. Quite malty, with notes of nuts and bread, quite woody and with a slight sweetness at the start. Finish shows light touches of grassy hops. Quite a pleasant dunkel.
