Bottle: Hazy, medium orange color, creamy head. Fresh, light yeasty aroma, notes of citrus and a intensive grain note. Flavor is very grainy, light yeasty a bit fruity and pleasant hopped. Medium bitter, grassy finish. Quite nice and tasty.

yngwie (14008) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 20, 2009
Bottle, courtesy of MiP. It pours an almost clear, golden body under a small off-white head. Malty, bready nose with some hoppyness. Malty, bready and hoppy flavor too, giving a fine bitterness to follow you until the very end. Medium body, quite dry. A decent beer, but this one didn’t impress me at all. Strangely enough, a German beer drank in Germany, even at a hotel room, almost always taste better than when bringing it back home. Therefore, maybe I’m a bit unfair with this one, but it just didn’t ring my bell when tasting it. 090821

danielst (248) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - SEP 17, 2009
50cl swingtop bottle: A straw blonde, lightly hazy colour with a nice foamy head. The aroma shows an evident malt sweetness, hints of spices and butterscotch and a light grassy hoppiness - somehow odd. Flavour reminds me of unfermented wort, spicy and malt-forward... Whole-grain and again butterscotch. Soft carbonation with a crisp, lighter-medium bitter impression and a light mouthfeel. Like I said, a bit strange but OK.

Bottle, 4.8%. Seems clear golden, but there are some small floating bits in there. Very small white head. Quite bitter, but slightly unpleasant.

Ungstrup (29828) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2009
Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, alcohol, straw, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

bierkoning (10538) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUN 29, 2009
Swing top bottle. Orange blonde color. Pear, dust and a hint of flowers in the aroma. Flowery earthy flavor with hints of cardboard, yeast, pear and mango. Earthy bitter aftertaste. Just a bit thin. Could be better.
