COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière blonde « trouble », elle a les caractéristiques gustatives de l’Augrenoise, mais est plus légère (4,5 % vol d’alcool). Elle présente certains aspects d’une bière blanche. Contains malt, oatmeal and wheat. C’est une bière « de soif » à boire très fraîche.

Bottle at Tom’s Tasting, April 2009. Cloudy pale blond. Some subtle spice and touch of yeast. Not a lot to it but pleasant and easy drinking. The first time I’ve had an Augrenoise beer that wasn’t a gusher.

Best before September 2009. Gusher. Cloudy pale it-like yellow, with a disappearing white head. Yeasty aroma of pear and clove and other spices. Dry grainy and fruity flavour, slightly tart and somewhat thin.

Cloudy yellow gold. Faint sourness on top of a standard yeasty Belgian with hints of citrus in the finish.

Bottle thanks to chriso, had at the cads first london tasting. Alround rating: Thin, small wheatyness, lemons, quite carbonated, innoffensive, but lacking much flavour.

330ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Belgian Beer Weeks 2009)
Bacony or off-cheese aroma. Pleasant carbonation. Pale gold. Bacon too in the taste, some wet wool. Refreshing, but a little thin and watery. Very brief wooly finish. Yeast quantity made no noticeable difference.
