Bottled. Cloudy golden, brief head. Strong appley mead-like nose. Sweet and fruity, full bodied withlots and lots of honey and some ripe apples. Sticky mead-like strong beer with evident alcohol.

Very cloudy, dirty yellow to beige beer, creamy white solid head, stable, pretty adhesive. Aroma: vegetable soup, dusty, some fruity touch. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: pretty sweet and sugary, then herbal, spices, just a little fruity touch, canned peaches and peach candy, somewhat strange off-flavour. Aftertaste: bitter and herbal, vegetable soup, rotten fruits. Meh.

Kräuterantrunk mit scharfen Hopfennoten, aromatisch und ausgewogen. Hellmalzig, nach Gerste. Süffig, die Aromen verstecken sich etwas, man verliert sich zudem in der Hefigkeit. Sehr gutes, wenn auch leicht alkoholisches Bier. 10/11/12/11//11

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of Mip. An almost clear, golden-colored beer with a small white head. There’s some sourness on the nose, a little alcohol and some tropical fruits. A little herbal touch as well. Sweet, almost fruit-syrupy flavor. Full-bodied, effervescent and warming in the mouth. A quite decent beer that would benefit from a lower ABV. 090822

Botella. Hazy amber. Fruity sweet aroma. Flavour is sweet and fruity with yeast, spice and some bitterness.

It’s hazy, dark golden with notes of raisin, other dried fruits and malt. The flavor has sweetness and sour, yeasty notes of malt, light raisin, dried fruit and the finish is slightly dry.

Botttle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours hazy yellow with a large creamy white head. Heavy sweet and yeasty nose. Buhloone, salami. Sweet and strong. Infected in a bad way.
