(Bottle at One Pint on 2008-02-12) Escapes from bottle very violently. Hazy and yellowish. Hops and some acidity in nose. The taste was a bit acidy at the beginning, then malts and yeast appear. A bit weak.

Bottled. Hazy opaque yellow colour with mediumsized bubbly head. Aroma is sweet fruits, some glue, cooked vegetables and mild spices. Flavour is fruits, caramel malts, some mild vegetably hints as well as a mild sting of alcohol. Aftertaste is mainly fruity and earthy with hints of yeast. Refresing, but strange.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque yellow with a large, but quickly fading head. Pear-fruity aroma with some corn, and a strange, gluey side-aroma. Wheaty-malty flavor with pineapple-banana-fruitiness and some alcohol. Light to medium-bodied with a bit fizzy-foamy carbonation. A decent, witbierish blonde - unfortunately with some unclean acidity.

750 ml Bottle from Delerium, Gent, 07-12-07 Pours cloudy yellow with a smallish white head. A light floral nose is the first thing I notice backed up with some malt. Superbly refreshing on first taste, really light and very easy drinking. Their are spices, yeast, lemon and other things going on here but all are delivered very well, nothing intrudes nothing takes over, very well crafted and even delicate one might say. I liked this beer a lot.

From bottle @ Brassigaume fest. Pours hazy yellow with thin, white filmy head. Yeasty, sweetish nose. Flavor has some light sweetness, faint bitterness, and a citrus/tangerine tang. Fizzy. Dryish finish. Alcohol shows through. Flavorful and maybe too strong to be a refreshing quaffer.
