A very simple label, artisanal look, bringing back to memory my first travel to Belgium in 1996. Cloudy blond color. The aroma is quite fresh, a Wit; but the body is too weak, the flavor too simple, the bitterness too low. Not much effort here, expectations turned down.

Fra fat på Delirium Café i Brussel 6 Mai 11. Delt med Rune. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt skum. Svakt syrlig aroma. Lite smak. Hint av frukt. Svakt syrlig ettersmak. Avslutter en koselig liten seanse på fortauet utenfor kafeen.

250ml served from the tap house at Delirium Café. Hazy, golden body. Ring lacing to the glassware. Smell of wheat and fruits. Mild pineapples and peaches can be recognised in the taste profile. Notes of modest yeasty sourness to the tail. Just alright without further excitements (shared with Finn, Brussel, 06.05.2011).

Pours a hazy, unfiltered gold with a fluffy white head that settles. Lightly sweet, citrus aroma. Very frefreshing light blande ale, highlighted by strong lemon flavors. Clean finish...a nice summer beer. Really an enjoyable blonde.

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of MiP. A clear, pale golden beer with a decent white head. Slightly sour on the nose. Fruity, with some alcohol and a little bit of pale malts. Sour, fruity falvor with pale malts and nice hops in the background. Medium body, effervescent and slightly astringent. Bitter and sour finish. I don’t like the sourness in this one, else it’s an easy drinkable beer. 090822

Botella. Hazy yellow. Yeasty and spiced bit sour aroma. Flavour: Sweet, yeasty, malty with some sourness. Bitter sweet fruity bit sour finish. Nice.

Bottle, 6.5%. Mild fruity aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour starts off fruity, turning quite citric. Has a lemony finish that is not entirely unpleasant, but neither does it seem clean.

t’s hazy, light golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, spice and a bit of sourness. The flavor is sweet and sour, yeasty, malty and fruity.

Botttle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours muddy golden with a small creamy head and lacings. Slight tart and yeasty nose. Spritzy and sour fruity flavor. Lively carbonation. Dry end.

Bottle. Unclear yellow with a white head. Aroma is mainly fruity and yeasty with a light sour touch. Flavour is fruity, light citric, caramel, spicy and light sour. Medium palate.
