From bottle @ Brassigaume fest. Pours hazy yellow with thin, white filmy head. Yeasty, sweetish nose. Flavor has some light sweetness, faint bitterness, and a citrus/tangerine tang. Fizzy. Dryish finish. Alcohol shows through. Flavorful and maybe too strong to be a refreshing quaffer.

Jul 10, 2008 Bottled. Hazy golden, rich airy head. Fruity nose with some pineapple Dry and spritzy, elegant and champagnelike. Undernetah lures milky lime-yoghurt and grain. Citric finis without bitterness.

Jun 5, 2008 Hazy lightblond coloured beer with some nice carbonation and a small white head. Hoppy aroma. Sweet sprankling palate. Hoppy little dry and spicy ending.

May 26, 2008 Yellow blond coloured beer with a lot of carbonation and a small white head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Full to medium palate. Finish is herby yeasty, some special and light alcoholic touches.

May 4, 2008 (Bottle at One Pint on 2008-02-12) Escapes from bottle very violently. Hazy and yellowish. Hops and some acidity in nose. The taste was a bit acidy at the beginning, then malts and yeast appear. A bit weak.
