Golden color with a decent light ecru head. Heavy sweet dough aroma with undertones of mild dry herbal/floral hops. Sweet maltiness envelops the mouth with a touch of corn as it warms. Quite effervesent, but just thick enough to prevent it from feeling like sparkling water. Malt gives way to moderate hops, a bit floral but not overpowering. Not a GREAT beer, but certainly a very balance and drinkable brew.
