On tap at the 2006 Best of the Midwest Brewers’ Festival. Chestnut in color with a tan head. Sweet malty aroma with the smell of bing cherries. Thick flavor with a lingering balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Mellow ending. Very delicious.

copper/light brown color with small tan head. Aroma of sweet malt. Flavor is carmel malt, well balanced, with a hint of spices in the aftertaste.

Dark copper/amber color. Malty aroma. Good fruity sweetness, nice hoppiness, too. Munich, Vienna and Caramel malts are what the brewer said was used. Very well balanced, in my opinion, and better than most maibocks in general!
